MO Gas.
MO Money.
Missouri lets certain vehicle owners claim a refund on state motor fuel taxes paid — but claiming it means keeping receipts, doing the math, and filing Form 4923-H yourself. MOgas MOmoney handles that. Track purchases as you go, watch the refund estimate build, and have the form ready when filing time comes.

Who it's for
Missouri's motor fuel tax refund program covers vehicles that use fuel taxed at the pump but do some or all of their work off public roads — farm equipment, certain commercial vehicles, and others qualifying under RSMo § 142.824.
Farmers who buy fuel for tractors and equipment. Contractors running off-road machinery. Business owners with qualifying vehicles who've been leaving money on the table because tracking receipts manually wasn't worth the friction.
MOgas MOmoney removes the friction. The refund was always yours — the app just makes it worth claiming.
MOgas MOmoney is built around the workflow that actually exists. You buy fuel. You photograph the receipt or type in the details. The app keeps a running log and updates your estimated refund. When the filing period comes, you export a prefilled Form 4923-H, review it, and submit it to the Missouri Department of Revenue. That's the whole loop.
On-device OCR
Receipt scanning uses Google's ML Kit Text Recognition — processed entirely on your device. Photos and extracted text are never sent to Google, REQS TECH, or anywhere else. See ML Kit terms for details.
Sensitive fields — SSNs, FEINs, bank account details — are stored using
